United Wholesale Mortgage has introduced Built-In Rewards, a new program that allows borrowers to earn points through the Bilt platform when making on-time digital mortgage payments. The initiative comes as UWM transitions to in-house servicing operations.
The partnership with Bilt enables UWM borrowers to accumulate rewards points for timely payments made through digital channels. Bilt operates a rewards platform that typically allows renters and homeowners to earn points on housing-related expenses, which can be redeemed for travel, fitness memberships, and other benefits.
