NASA will present the completed Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope to media on Tuesday, April 21, at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. The space telescope has recently finished construction and is currently undergoing final testing before launch.
The Roman telescope represents a major advancement in NASA's space-based astronomy capabilities, designed to complement and extend the observations made by other space telescopes. The spacecraft will conduct wide-field surveys of the cosmos and investigate fundamental questions about dark energy and exoplanets.
