Florida Democrat Jared Moskowitz stated he has voted for war powers resolutions twice already and would do so "as many times as we need."
The plan is not yet finalized, and it remains unclear if House Democratic leadership will endorse the daily-vote strategy. One source described the proposal as positively received but not a settled course of action. The tactic's success would depend on maintaining party discipline through potentially dozens of repetitive votes.
