A prominent New York City real estate brokerage has ended its 18-year affiliation with Coldwell Banker to launch as an independent firm called MYNY. The company had operated as the largest Coldwell Banker affiliate in the New York City market.
The firm is now in its 20th year of operation, having spent the majority of that time under the Coldwell Banker franchise banner. The transition represents a significant shift for what was previously one of the franchise's most substantial New York operations.
